The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic business partner, providing visionary financial leadership to support the organization's mission and long-term objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing all financial management aspects, such as financial planning and analysis, budgeting, revenue cycle operations, reimbursement strategy, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's financial performance, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring sustainable growth in the healthcare sector. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' senior healthcare financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO, Deputy CFO, or equivalent role. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, with an MBA, MHA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in hospital reimbursement models, particularly in the areas of Medicaid and Medicare, and a proven track record in hospital turnaround, cost management, and revenue cycle transformation. Strong strategic planning, operational discipline, and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate and lead diverse teams effectively. The CFO will work closely with the Board of Trustees, executive leadership, and various stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that enhance financial stability, operational efficiency, and organizational sustainability.
