Head of People

The Company is in need of a Head of People to lead the HR function and support the growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable HR foundations, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring consistent people practices across multiple jurisdictions. This hands-on role requires a leader who can partner with the management team to develop effective people processes, enhance the company culture, and support the organization through its continued growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of progressive HR or People Operations experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a scaling technology, engineering, R&D, or high-growth environment. The role demands a strong knowledge of employment contracts, HR compliance, and employee relations processes, particularly in the context of Irish employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with finance and leadership teams on various HR functions, including workforce planning, budgets, and compensation processes. Experience in developing and improving HR processes, policies, and systems, as well as the ability to influence and advise managers and senior stakeholders, is essential.
