The Company is seeking a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its multi-site, multi-faceted healthcare system. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a pivotal moment, providing visionary leadership and playing a central role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in the region. This role involves uniting the organization around a shared vision, ensuring exceptional care for all stakeholders, and fostering a culture of collaboration and shared purpose. The CEO will also be the primary ambassador, building trusted relationships with various partners, including First Nations communities, government, and regional health organizations. The ideal CEO for the company will be an authentic, collaborative, and values-driven executive with a proven track record in leading complex organizations through change. They must be adept at balancing operational excellence with a clear strategic vision, and be capable of influencing, collaborating, and advocating effectively.
