The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial oversight of overseas operations, including the management of full sets of accounts, and will serve as a key business partner to the leadership team. This role is instrumental in enhancing financial governance, and reporting quality, and supporting regional expansion. Key responsibilities include supervising the local finance team, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, preparing various financial reports, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes and controls. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and possess a CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 10 years' finance experience, with a strong background in PRC and large corporate environments, is required. The role demands a candidate with proven experience in managing overseas finance operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment.
