Head of Human Talent

The Company is in search of a Head of Human Talent to lead its HR strategy, with a strong focus on fostering a culture of well-being and developing leaders who can effectively grow both the team and the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive HR strategy that is in line with the company's objectives. This includes leading and coordinating various HR projects, such as organizational innovation and employer branding, as well as designing and implementing training plans to enhance the management skills of department heads. The role also involves providing support and guidance to managers in conflict resolution, leading continuous improvement plans for the work environment, and executing the company-wide performance evaluation process. Applicants for the Head of Human Talent position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years' of experience in HR, particularly in leading comprehensive HR processes. Solid knowledge of Ecuadorian labor law, social security, and occupational health and safety is essential. The role requires experience in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and organizational development, with a preference for candidates who have worked in high-pressure environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is necessary, and experience with HR management platforms is desirable. The ideal candidate will possess competencies in collaborative work, results-oriented, assertive communication, leadership, and strategic thinking.
