Head of Systems

The Company is in search of a Head of Systems to provide strategic leadership in technology as a critical business capability. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that all technology components, including applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors, and projects, are in line with business needs and support essential processes such as risk management, compliance, and operational continuity. This role demands a business-oriented vision, a strong focus on risk management, and a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements within the financial sector. Applicants for the Head of Systems position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and additional training in technology governance, cybersecurity, and data management. Experience in leading technology areas within regulated organizations, particularly in the financial sector, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing critical vendors, contracts, and technology projects, as well as expertise in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance. The Head of Systems will be responsible for translating the company's strategy into a technology roadmap, maintaining inventories of technology assets, and leading business continuity and recovery efforts. Desirable skills include knowledge of AI governance and ISO 42001.
