Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic business driver, responsible for the global financial strategy, capital allocation, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability across all markets. This role requires a professional with over 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a C-level or VP of Finance position within high-growth retail, luxury, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in scaling financial architecture, building FP&A and analytics teams, and managing complex financial, tax, and currency frameworks, particularly in Mainland China. As the CFO, you will be entrusted with strategic financial leadership, multi-market P&L management, and the establishment of enterprise-grade financial controls. The role also involves overseeing financial governance, treasury, and multi-jurisdictional compliance, as well as driving financial digitalization and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a global and local regulatory mindset, exceptional emotional intelligence, and the ability to challenge and guide executive peers.
