Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in strategic financial management, acting as a trusted business partner to the CEO and Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth, leading long-term financial planning, and evaluating strategic investment opportunities. The CFO will also oversee financial reporting, maintain robust internal controls, and lead treasury and capital management activities. Additionally, the role involves serving as a key interface with investors, analysts, and regulators, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, be a qualified accountant, and have a minimum of 20 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 8 years in senior executive finance positions. A strong background in manufacturing and trading industries is essential, as is prior experience in a similar CFO or senior finance role within a Hong Kong-listed company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital markets, investor relations, financing, M&A, and strategic planning, and possess in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Experience in operating in Mainland China and managing cross-border business operations is also a key requirement. The role demands a leader who can drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence, and who is adept at building strong collaboration between finance and other corporate and business functions.
