Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its financial strategy and corporate finance activities, with a focus on driving growth, governance, and shareholder value. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business expansion. This role also involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance with listing rules, and internal controls across the group. The CFO will play a key role in corporate finance and funding activities, including equity and debt raising, managing banking relationships, and leading M&A and expansion initiatives. Additionally, the CFO will be the primary contact for investor relations, engaging with various stakeholders through announcements, presentations, and roadshows. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be CPA, ACCA, or HKICPA qualified with a degree in accounting or finance, and have at least 15 years' progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior CFO or Group Financial Controller role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hong Kong-listed companies, capital markets, funding, and investor relations, as well as in-depth knowledge of HKFRS, HKEX Listing Rules, and corporate governance. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are essential, and a willingness to travel to Shenzhen is required.
