Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive business performance across multiple markets. The CFO will be a key partner to senior management, shaping financial strategy, and ensuring the organization meets its financial and operational objectives. This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial matters, from planning and reporting to governance, and requires a proactive business partner who can contribute to key investment and growth decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing financial plans, enhancing profitability, and creating sustainable value. Additionally, the CFO will manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, and will be instrumental in strengthening governance, risk management, and compliance. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, with a professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years' experience in senior finance leadership roles, particularly in trading-related industries, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving transformation, improving performance, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-market environments. Strong strategic and commercial acumen, as well as proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, are essential.
