The Company is seeking a Head of Business Transformation to spearhead enterprise-wide change, enhance productivity, and deliver significant global business impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a comprehensive Lean transformation, including the design of governance, certification, and benefit realization frameworks to ensure measurable productivity gains. This role also involves building and embedding Lean capability across the organization through structured learning pathways, training programs, and coaching for global teams. The Head of Business Transformation will own end-to-end process transformation, drive strategic programs to streamline operations, and partner with finance and business leaders to quantify and sustain transformation benefits while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in business improvement, operational excellence, or enterprise transformation within regulated industries, with a strong preference for those with a background in aviation, MRO, or manufacturing. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification is required, and additional certifications such as Prosci, CBPP, PMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, quality, or supply chain, with an MBA or MSc being preferred. Proven experience in leading multi-site transformation programs, capability frameworks, process governance, standardization, and shared services is essential, along with strong financial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and expertise in KPI development, business cases, and benefit validation.
