Partner and stakeholder management is essential, as the role involves selecting and managing external vendors, as well as collaborating with internal teams to integrate wellness programs into the corporate ecosystem. Applicants for the Head of Wellness Strategy and Operation position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry. The role requires fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
