Head of Finance, Real Estate

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance with a strong background in real estate or construction to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including project and financial control, budget management, cost variance analysis, and payment oversight. This role also involves funding and treasury management, such as capital structuring, fundraising, and cash flow optimization, as well as financial planning and reporting, with a focus on strategic FP&A and data dashboards. The Head of Finance will be a key player in risk, tax, and compliance, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing tax structures, and mitigating financial risks. Additionally, the role requires team leadership and business partnering, with a focus on cross-department collaboration. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 18-20 years' of relevant experience, with a significant amount of senior management experience in the real estate or construction sector. The role demands a professional who is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and who can demonstrate a proven track record in financial management within the industry.
