Head of Investor Relations

The Company is in search of a seasoned Head of Investor Relations to spearhead its investor communications and capital markets strategy. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for shareholders, analysts, institutional investors, and the financial community, and will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance the company's visibility and credibility. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, organizing investor events, and ensuring consistent and accurate communication of the company's financial performance and future outlook. The role also involves financial analysis, monitoring market trends, and supporting senior management in capital market activities. Applicants for the Head of Investor Relations position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a professional qualification such as a CPA, CFA, or equivalent. An MBA or advanced qualifications are advantageous. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, investment banking, asset management, or listed company finance is required, with a proven track record of interacting with institutional investors and analysts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Hong Kong listed company and consumer business, and must possess strong financial analysis, valuation, and capital markets knowledge. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential, as is a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
