The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Private Equity Fund Administration team. The successful candidate will be a core member of the team, responsible for maintaining books and records, calculating fund Net Asset Values, and coordinating the review of financial statements and associated reports. This role involves overseeing the calculation of various fund fees, processing transactions, and supervising junior staff. The Vice President will also act as a primary day-to-day contact with clients, work closely with the Investor Relations team, and maintain relationships with all fund participants. Additionally, the role includes monitoring compliance with client agreements and participating in business expansion projects. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting within the financial services sector, with a focus on private equity, asset management, or fund administration. The role requires an individual with a strong background in general ledger and financial statement preparation, as well as established knowledge of consolidations under IFRS. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, diligent individual with sound judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft applications. Experience with enterprise accounting systems is also a key requirement.
