The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, P&L management, and driving business growth. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in property development, project management, and sales, who can spearhead the end-to-end development pipeline and ensure the delivery of projects to the highest standards. The CEO will also be tasked with setting aggressive revenue targets, managing sales teams, and driving rapid market velocity. A strong network for deal-making and experience in financial engineering to optimize return on investment are essential. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being an added advantage. A minimum of 15-20 years of senior-level leadership experience, including 8-10 years in a C-suite role within a large-scale property developer, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep operational understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and ESG principles, as well as exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
