The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, P&L management, and driving business growth. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in property development, from initial land acquisition to project delivery, and a strong focus on financial performance and sustainable growth. The CEO will also be tasked with spearheading the end-to-end development pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, and directly leading the sales engine with aggressive revenue targets. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being an added advantage. A minimum of 15-20 years of senior-level leadership experience, including 8-10 years in a C-suite role within a large-scale property developer, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep operational understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and ESG principles, as well as exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
