Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead its production into the future with a focus on clarity and teamwork. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for production processes, leading a team of dedicated department heads and over 200 employees in shift work. This role involves the further development of the operational and organizational structure, ensuring optimal resource utilization, quality, and output. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with strengthening the LEAN and modern leadership culture, and ensuring a continuous improvement process, as well as close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, full budget responsibility, and compliance with all requirements, regulations, and rules. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a completed advanced technical education, preferably an academic degree, and several years of management experience in flow/series production with shift work. A strong commercial understanding, proficiency in Lean, and English skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be a socially competent, modern leader with clear communication skills, strong implementation and decision-making abilities, process-oriented thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role also requires participation in and/or management of projects within the department, the company, or the entire group.
