The Company is in search of a Head of Digital Product & AI with a strong commercial acumen to spearhead the strategy, development, and delivery of its expanding portfolio of AI-powered products and digital solutions. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving product strategy and applied AI decision-making, with a focus on owning the product roadmap, developing business cases for executive approval, and making strategic decisions about the integration of AI to maximize value. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing product and engineering team, setting standards, and managing a mix of internal and external development resources. While technical credibility is essential, the role does not involve hands-on engineering management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital and AI product leadership, experience in managing agency and outsourced delivery partners, and a deep understanding of AI governance, data security, and GDPR compliance. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective delivery across the product portfolio, maintaining a disciplined operating rhythm, and focusing on high-value outcomes.
