Head of People

The Company is seeking a Head of People to take on a Director-level role, leading a team of ten experienced in-country People Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, transformation, and sustainable growth across the EMEA region. This includes delivering a high-impact people agenda that aligns with business objectives, leading on M&A integrations, and ensuring cultural and organizational development initiatives are in sync with the local operating model. The role demands a professional with a progressive track record in delivering a people strategy across multiple countries, particularly in a matrix, commercial business environment. As the Head of People, the role involves building and maintaining productive relationships with cross-functional business leaders, peers, and employees. The ideal candidate will be recognized for their ability to lead and develop experienced people teams, as well as for their skill in embedding a culture that drives performance. The position requires a strategic thinker who can deliver change through people and is adept at curating people plans that support business challenges. The Head of People will also be expected to coach and challenge business leaders at the Board level, making it essential to have a strong background in people partnership and a deep understanding of the EMEA region's diverse business landscape.
