Head of Supply

The Company is in search of a Head of Supply to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with the end-to-end management of the company's supply base, with a focus on balancing commercial growth, supplier quality, availability, and operational performance. This includes the development of a robust supply strategy to support the company's growth and ensure a differentiated offering to customers and major event clients. The Head of Supply will also be responsible for leading a team, building strategic supplier relationships, and driving the use of technology and AI in supplier management. The ideal candidate for the Head of Supply position at the company will have a proven track record in supply, partnerships, commercial, or marketplace operations, with experience in food and beverage, hospitality, events, FMCG, or a technology-enabled marketplace being highly advantageous. A strong network in the relevant industries, a passion for food and creative event concepts, and experience in managing strategic partnerships and high-value accounts are essential. The role requires a leader with strong commercial acumen, the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
