Interim Head of Regional Operations

The Company is in search of a Head of Regional Operations to spearhead the strategic and hands-on management of its restaurant group in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end operations, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and brand consistency across all sites. This pivotal role involves developing and executing a country-wide operational strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding the brand's footprint. The Head of Regional Operations will also be tasked with monitoring and analyzing KPIs, overseeing all operational aspects, and leading a high-performing team to foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Head of Regional Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant chains, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations, driving profitability, and leading large teams. Experience in multi-unit management, franchise operations, or international brands is highly preferred. Key skills include strong leadership, people management, analytical and problem-solving abilities, financial acumen, and excellent communication.
