Head of Enterprise Operations
About the Role
Greater Minneapolis, MN Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is in search of a Head of Enterprise Operations to spearhead a pivotal phase of operational evolution. This executive will be responsible for leading the organization's enterprise operations function, with a focus on implementing and enhancing a scalable, disciplined operating model. The role involves connecting strategy with execution across various operational aspects, including people, process, technology, data, governance, and service delivery. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 36 employees and will be instrumental in building and maturing enterprise capabilities in areas such as portfolio and program management, vendor relationship management, workforce planning, and operational performance management. Key responsibilities for the Head of Enterprise Operations include establishing operational standards, performance expectations, and governance, as well as driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. The role also requires executive leadership in day-to-day operations, digital transformation, and financial stewardship. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in complex operational organizations. Experience in leading organizational transformation, particularly in the context of technology and digital initiatives, is essential. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and operate effectively in a transformative environment.
