Applicants must have an MBA/CA and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 12 years of experience. The VP will be expected to actively participate in the hiring and development of junior resources, as well as manage underperforming candidates. Strong modeling skills, experience with asset management systems, and a process improvement mindset are essential.
