Chief Electrical Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Electrical Officer to spearhead the electrical design and operations across its data center sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced electrical systems that ensure the reliability, efficiency, and autonomy of the data centers. This includes designing sophisticated electrical architectures, integrating cutting-edge technologies, and maintaining strong partnerships with OEMs to leverage the latest in electrical system components. The role also involves leading rapid fault identification and resolution, mentoring a team of electrical engineers and technicians, and ensuring all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards. Applicants for the Chief Electrical Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the data center sector, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the design and operation of complex electrical systems, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in the latest electrical engineering software and tools. Relevant certifications in data center and safety, such as CDCP, CDCS, or ATD, and OSHA certification or equivalent, are also necessary. The role demands a strategic leader who can manage multiple large-scale projects, ensure optimal resource utilization, and champion a culture of safety and technical excellence.
