Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Remote (anywhere in Mexico)

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging strategy and execution, managing critical deliverables, and running strategic initiatives. This includes engaging with senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders, and representing the CTO in all communications. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in significant customer-facing and strategic partnership activities, as well as M&A initiatives. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a proven track record of pairing with a C-level executive or founder to drive initiatives. The role requires exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty.
