The Company is seeking a Senior R&D Technical Director to spearhead the next phase of its Power Technology Roadmap. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the development of new products, particularly next-generation high-power AC/DC power supplies and power conversion products. This pivotal role involves the establishment of an R&D organization, the development of technology and product roadmaps, and the optimization of R&D processes. The Director will also be responsible for core technologies such as PFC, LLC, three-phase inverters, and DSP digital control, and must have a strong background in these areas. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in power electronics and high-power product development, with a deep familiarity with the relevant technologies. A proven track record in R&D management, including the ability to lead and expand a technical team, is essential. The role requires a candidate who can effectively combine hands-on technical capabilities with strategic planning skills. Experience in related industries such as UPS, power testing equipment, industrial power, server power, ESS/PCS, and EV power electronics is highly valued. The Director will be expected to collaborate across departments to align market demands with product and technology strategies, making this a key leadership position within the company.
