Chief Analytics Officer (CAO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) to lead the unification and oversight of its global data and analytics ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and standardizing the enterprise data strategy and governance across a network of international subsidiaries. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven executive track record in data and analytics, particularly within large-scale, multi-subsidiary technology platforms. The CAO will also be tasked with providing executive leadership, serving as the chief data advisor to the Board of Directors, and driving advanced analytics initiatives to enhance user engagement, product monetization, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities for the CAO include architecting and standardizing the end-to-end data strategy, leading the design and scaling of multi-entity analytics frameworks, and building and mentoring global data teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in greenfield architecture, be open to working in high-concurrency digital environments, and possess exceptional language and communication skills for engaging with international C-suite executives.
