The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive educational program that aligns with the organization's mission and the NY Learning Standards. This includes the design and implementation of a curriculum review process, ensuring the integration of all instructional programs, and coordinating extended learning programs. The role also involves personnel administration, assessment and reporting, staff development, and fostering school and community relations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related area, a valid New York State School Building Leader or School District Leader certification, a minimum of 5 years of administrative/leadership experience, and a deep understanding of NY Learning Standards.
