Vice President, AI Strategy & Transformation, Private Equity

The Company is seeking a Vice President for AI Strategy and Transformation. This role is pivotal in leading the firm's commitment to AI as a source of competitive advantage across its multi-sector portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the AI strategy, identifying where AI can create value, and working closely with senior partners and portfolio company leaders to execute high-impact AI and transformation opportunities. This is a business leadership role that requires an individual to think like an investor, operate like a consultant, and execute like an operator. The VP will also be tasked with building and owning AI value creation playbooks, serving as the embedded AI expert for portfolio companies, and leading AI transformation workstreams with a focus on measurable impact. Candidates for this role at The Company should have an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, with a preference for an MBA, MS, or PhD. Experience requirements vary, but candidates should have a background in top-tier strategy consulting, enterprise AI strategy, data science leadership, or PE operations with a strong focus on AI and advanced analytics. The role demands an individual with an investor mindset, deep understanding of modern AI technologies, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Strong problem-solving, execution, communication, and leadership skills are essential. The VP will also be responsible for building and developing the firm's internal AI strategy capability and managing external partnerships with AI vendors and technology companies.
