Vice President, Digital Assets Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Digital Assets within its Wealth Management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Assets Product Lead in the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap. This role requires a product- and execution-oriented individual with practical digital asset experience and a strong foundation in traditional financial services. The Vice President will work closely with various stakeholders, including Technology, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and Operations, to deliver scalable and compliant digital asset solutions in a highly regulated environment. Key responsibilities include product strategy and roadmap support, digital assets product and market analysis, product development and execution, as well as defining success metrics and governance. Applicants should have 4-7 years' of relevant experience in product strategy, business strategy, or related roles within financial services, with a focus on digital assets. A strong traditional finance background, particularly in wealth management, broker-dealer platforms, or regulated financial services, is essential. The role demands excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute complex initiatives. Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a major financial institution, and a proven track record in launching or scaling digital asset capabilities, are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be an execution-oriented builder, with strong judgment, risk awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
