The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Equity Secondaries Investor Relations and Product Management. The successful candidate will be a key player in the strategic and analytical aspects of the role, with a focus on private equity secondaries strategies. This position requires a professional with a strategic orientation, strong analytical skills, and excellent relationship management potential. The role involves developing marketing and due diligence materials, preparing various investor-related documents, and working closely with senior management to provide expertise in the field. The ideal candidate will have a background in private equity/secondaries, with experience in investments, portfolio management, or marketing, and must be adept at working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years' of experience in an investor relations, strategy, client service, or product management role, with a blend of client service, investment capabilities, and commercial sense. Experience in investor relations or business development within a placement agent, asset manager, or private equity firm is essential. The role demands a high level of energy, motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. The candidate must be a self-starter, with a strong work ethic, and possess the ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines. Specific tasks include developing and executing strategic initiatives, conducting market research, and creating materials for investor communication. The role also requires the development of strong relationships with institutional investors globally.
