The Company is seeking a Head of Regional Engineering, Project & Transformation to lead and spearhead enterprise-wide engineering strategies with a focus on operational excellence and sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale capital projects and technology deployments across multiple business units, ensuring that all engineering programs are in line with the company's transformation agenda. This pivotal role requires the development and implementation of a group-wide roadmap, the establishment of monitoring frameworks, and the championing of best practices to enhance execution consistency. The Head of Regional Engineering will also be at the forefront of innovation, aligning engineering standards with industry-leading practices, and will be expected to build strong partnerships with leadership teams to ensure alignment on engineering priorities. Applicants for this role should be experienced leaders with a proven track record in managing complex engineering portfolios, particularly in the industrial operations, manufacturing, energy, or agribusiness sectors. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with professional certification and a postgraduate qualification being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in delivering regional large-scale engineering initiatives, and must be proficient in portfolio management, project governance, value engineering, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Strategic thinking, an enterprise mindset, and the ability to influence without authority are essential, as is the skill to drive results through collaboration and to foster innovation within teams.
