Head of Operations, Projects & Procurement

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations for Projects and Procurement to lead the end-to-end project delivery process, with a focus on large-scale EPC and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving on-time project delivery, revenue realization, project profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing complex project environments, strong commercial and financial acumen, and deep expertise in procurement and supply chain management. The Head of Operations will also be instrumental in building and mentoring a high-performing operations organization, leading business transformation initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the project portfolio. Key responsibilities for the Head of Operations include developing and implementing procurement strategies, leading procurement and supply chain initiatives, and driving measurable savings without compromising quality or project schedules. The role also involves establishing strong project governance, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an MBA or PGDM preferred, and a minimum of 18-25 years' experience in EPC, industrial projects, or heavy engineering, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, and in supply chain or procurement are advantageous.
