Senior Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Production Services Infrastructure Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-complexity, reusable AI capabilities and leading AI transformation to enhance operational efficiencies. This role involves managing AI demand, coordinating with various teams to support the execution of approved AI use cases, and ensuring that AI initiatives align with enterprise standards and risk expectations. The SVP will also be instrumental in driving the adoption of AI capabilities, measuring their impact, and providing production support for AI solutions. Applicants must have a strong background in network infrastructure, operations, or enterprise environments, with technical expertise in AI agents, LLMs, MCP, MLOps, and data/platform architecture. Experience in engineering, production services, service management, or technology program leadership is essential, as is a deep understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements for enterprise technology. The role requires a minimum of 12 years' related infrastructure experience, with a preference for those with a background in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving AI or data-driven solutions, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
