The Company is in search of a Head of Legal, Compliance, and Data Protection to oversee and lead these critical functions within its UK business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, ensuring compliance with a range of regulations, and managing the company's data protection obligations. This high-profile leadership role involves close collaboration with senior executives and international stakeholders, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, compliance, and corporate governance, particularly within a large or international organization. Key responsibilities for the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Data Protection include leading the legal, compliance, and data protection teams, overseeing commercial contracts, and managing legal risk. The role also requires the development and maintenance of a robust compliance management framework, including anti-bribery, competition law, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will act as the Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation, and will be involved in managing subject access requests, data breaches, and regulatory engagement.
