Chair of the Supervisory Board

The Company is seeking a new Chair of the Supervisory Board to fill the vacancy left by the previous chairman. The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong educational background, administrative experience, and a preference for regional involvement. As the Chair, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with the Director and Board members, ensuring that the right topics are on the agenda, and fostering open and constructive cooperation. The role requires a deep understanding of governance, experience in education, and a commitment to the values of the organization. The Chair will also be expected to oversee the policy of the Executive Board, act as the employer of the Executive Board, and contribute to the further development of the foundation. Applicants for the Chair position should have the ability to lead with natural authority, a good sense of monitoring governance requirements, and the independence to rise above party interests.
