Head of IT Service Management (ITSM)

The Company is seeking a Head of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Operational Governance to lead the end-to-end IT service governance for its global workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, standardizing, and maturing service management frameworks, driving the agenda for incident reduction, and ensuring operational stability and improvement. This role also involves providing high-level governance for various service operations and defining group-wide operational reporting frameworks. The Head of ITSM will have a significant impact on the organization, with senior leadership visibility, and will be expected to oversee cross-functional ITSM training and continuous service improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Head of ITSM and Operational Governance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT service management, with a focus on service governance. Deep practical expertise in ITIL and MSP governance models is essential. The role requires a proven track record of holding multi-vendor environments accountable and influencing senior stakeholders. Global exposure experience is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at vendor and MSP oversight, and have a strong background in IT service delivery, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning. A Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement for this role.
