Head of Strategic Sourcing

The Company is seeking a Head of Strategic Sourcing to spearhead the procurement strategy across its various businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of sourcing strategies in the technology, operations, and corporate service categories. This role involves overseeing the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to commercial negotiations, with a focus on reducing costs, enhancing supplier performance, and managing commercial risk. The Head of Strategic Sourcing will also be tasked with creating and implementing consistent procurement standards, as well as working closely with finance and legal teams on contract management. Applicants for the Head of Strategic Sourcing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least five years in a leadership role. A strong background in negotiating high-value commercial agreements and developing sourcing strategies across multiple spending categories is essential. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a Master's degree, MBA, or professional procurement certification is advantageous. Experience in a fast-growing technology, retail, hospitality, SaaS, or multi-business organization is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supplier management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and procurement governance, as well as the ability to analyze data to support commercial decisions and implement process improvements.
