The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business Performance Management. This key role involves supporting the Head of Business Performance Management in driving sustainable growth, profitability, and disciplined execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for robust analytics, management information, commercial insights, business planning, and governance. This includes leading enterprise performance reporting, monitoring against objectives, and providing forward-looking insights. The role also requires the development and maintenance of executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks, as well as supporting the coordination of the annual planning process and overseeing business governance. To excel in this position, candidates must have a strong commercial and financial acumen, advanced analytics and modeling skills, and proficiency in data and tooling, including BI/analytics and data/query tools. The role demands an individual with excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and data storytelling abilities, who can influence business decisions and improve overall performance.
