Senior Vice President of Operations, Series Production

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations for Series Production to spearhead the transformation of its global manufacturing network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of international production sites, with a strong emphasis on accelerating Lean Management, Operational Excellence, standardization, and digitalization. This role demands a leader who can not only increase the company's competitiveness but also further develop a resilient and high-performing manufacturing footprint. The SVP will be at the forefront of managing cross-site transformation, scaling, and relocation projects, and will play a key role in promoting best-practice transfer and effective collaboration across regions, business units, and global functions.
