Senior Vice President of Operations, Series Production

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations for Series Production to spearhead the transformation of its global production network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of international production sites, with a strong emphasis on accelerating Lean Management, Operational Excellence, standardization, and digitalization. This role demands a leader who can not only increase the company's competitiveness but also further develop a resilient and high-performing manufacturing footprint. The SVP will be at the forefront of managing cross-site transformation, scaling, and relocation projects, and will play a key role in promoting best-practice transfer and effective collaboration across regions, business units, and global functions. Applicants for this pivotal role should hold a degree in a relevant engineering or business field and have several years of management experience in international operations or manufacturing, particularly in series production with multi-site responsibility. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Lean Management, Operational Excellence, and performance management, and possess the ability to lead, coach, and develop a management team. Intercultural experience, confidence in challenging international stakeholder environments, and fluency in English are essential.
