Partner, Private Equity

The Company is seeking a Partner with a strong background in private equity, ideally with additional experience in corporate finance or consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and realizing investment opportunities within the Dutch SME sector, with a focus on pre-exits, MBOs, and buy-and-build propositions. This role requires a strategic and commercial approach, as well as hands-on involvement in the entire M&A process. The Partner will be expected to have a broad network and the ability to manage the deal flow, from due diligence to closing transactions. Experience in funding and investor relations is preferred, and the role demands a professional with strong people skills, an affinity for SMEs and entrepreneurs, and the ability to work effectively in a small team. Applicants for the Partner position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of work experience, with a proven track record in private equity.
