Head of CCM Services & Lead BCO

The Company is in search of a Country Head of CCM Services and Lead BCO to spearhead the Business Credit Office function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to ensure the achievement of CCM OKRs in the market, managing credit underwriting, and risk exposure, and driving transformation and digitization initiatives. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end underwriting process, optimizing risk-differentiated processes, and leading the implementation of the Target CCM Services Operating Model. The Country Head will also be tasked with managing portfolio and risk exposure in partnership with banking teams, driving policy and procedure simplification, and leading local transformation and digitization initiatives, including automation, AI, and analytics. Applicants must have extensive experience in wholesale credit and lending, with a strong background in coverage, credit management, or operations. The role requires proven leadership and team management skills, expertise in credit risk management, control assessment, and SOX compliance, as well as experience in driving digitization and customer experience improvement initiatives. The Country Head will be expected to represent CCM Services with market stakeholders, coordinate with regional and global stakeholders, and implement governance frameworks to ensure the appropriate escalation and resolution of credit and lending risks and issues. A key aspect of the role is to lead and develop a diverse, innovation-driven credit and lending workforce, fostering engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
