Head of Client Management & Agency Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Client Management & Agency Finance to take on a senior leadership role with a focus on leading the Financing & Client Services function. The successful candidate will be responsible for agency and transaction management, particularly in the areas of structured finance and real estate finance, and will provide management oversight across cash management client services and KYC support. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in loan agency, transaction management, and financing operations, who can ensure the ongoing management of complex lending transactions, maintain high standards of client service, and uphold operational, governance, and risk controls. Applicants for this role at The Company should have extensive experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or corporate & investment banking, with a preference for those with more than 10 years' in the industry. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required, along with a proven track record in managing specialist teams and coordinating complex transactions across various banking functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of syndicated loans, financing documentation, and agency responsibilities, and experience in portfolio management and loan administration. Soft skills such as strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to build effective relationships are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
