Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to spearhead the establishment and growth of its business in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the company's market presence, managing local operations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities, coordinating with regional and global teams, and driving technical sales activities. The Managing Director will also be tasked with developing and maintaining a network of distributors, service providers, and technical partners, as well as preparing business forecasts and contributing to the long-term strategy of the company. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for those with a background in engineering or business. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the industrial equipment sector, particularly in compressors, energy, marine, or automation industries, is required.
