The VP, Engineering will also be tasked with modernizing software quality practices, establishing engineering performance metrics, and leading the adoption of AI and automation across the development lifecycle. Applicants for the VP, Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in software engineering, technology operations, or software delivery leadership, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. The role demands a strong background in contemporary AI-assisted software engineering tools and techniques, as well as experience in leading the adoption of AI-enabled practices.
