The Company is seeking a President to serve as the sole employee of the Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a close partnership with the Principal to advance the mission and strategic priorities of the institution. This role involves providing leadership in vision, development, financial stewardship, strategic planning, and external relations. The President will also be accountable to the Board, serve as a Director, and ensure the school's Catholic identity and educational mission are preserved and promoted. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, advancement and development, leadership, finance and business management, personnel oversight, general administration, and communication.
