The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff, Finance, who will serve as an Executive Business Partner to the Chief Financial Officer. This pivotal role is at the crossroads of executive leverage, business operations, and project management, and is tailored for a candidate who excels in maintaining structure, visual communication, and ensuring the timely progress of high-level initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a direct extension of the CFO, supporting a wide range of priorities across various financial and operational functions. Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic and operational partner, managing executive priorities, and holding senior leaders accountable to deadlines. The role also involves preparing executive-level visual communications, tracking cross-functional initiatives, and driving the development of internal operating procedures. Applicants for the Chief of Staff, Finance position at the company should have 5 to 7+ years' of experience in executive business partnership, chief of staff, business operations, or project management, with a preference for those who have supported C-suite or senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, advanced proficiency in tools like Monday.com and PowerPoint, and a confident, direct communication style. High discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage confidential executive and financial information are essential. The role requires a self-directed, proactive individual who can anticipate executive needs in a dynamic corporate environment and is adept at problem-solving and handling special projects.
