Senior Vice President, Technology Operations Greater Washington D.C. Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Technology Operations to lead and manage all internal information technology operations, infrastructure, and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of core IT services that support organizational objectives and business continuity. This role involves executing the strategic direction for IT operations, serving as a liaison between IT and other departments, and providing leadership for cross-functional projects. The SVP will also oversee the performance and development of IT teams, establish key performance indicators, and lead enterprise-wide IT governance, risk management, and compliance programs. Candidates for this position should have a Master's degree (or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience) and at least 10 years of senior management experience, with a minimum of 15 years in IT operations, systems administration, and/or technical support. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional IT teams and helpdesk teams or an MSP vendor relationship is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and cybersecurity frameworks, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The SVP will be expected to champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives, drive the adoption of emerging technologies, and ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of IT services across all company locations.
